On May 19, 2022 IEI hosted an executive dialogue featuring Marie Steele, VP, Electrification & Energy Services at NV Energy and Abhay Gupta, Founder and CEO of Bidgely. The discussion focused on using smart meter data analytics to identify and target customers for NV Energy’s energy efficiency programs and using the call center tool to diagnose energy use problems and deliver personalized service for customers.
