On October 14, 2025, the Edison Foundation hosted the latest in its Thought Leaders Dialogue series, Accurate Carbon-free Energy Data and the AI-Clean Energy Nexus, which explored the critical intersection of carbon accounting, clean energy, and artificial intelligence. The webinar highlighted a groundbreaking partnership between Southern Company and Singularity Energy to deploy the first-of-its-kind hourly grid carbon tracking platform for large utility customers such as Google.
